Whether you’re dieting to lose weight or to just become a healthier person, one thing’s for sure – diets are never easy. Fighting cravings for unhealthy food is even harder if you have a sweet tooth. Cakes, pies, cookies, muffins, sweets, ice cream… There are just so many sugary temptations to resist! But being on a diet shouldn’t mean that you can’t ever enjoy yourself. Instead of cutting out desserts out of your menu entirely, try replacing them with low-calorie versions of the same meals. Remove unnecessary sugar, gluten and fats and add fresh fruit and berries. The resulting desserts will be just as delicious and you’ll be able to enjoy them without any guilt or unwanted consequences.
